Kash, re: By the way Barrett truly showed how clueless he is by his comments on what a great quarter they were gonna have. Very good point. Two quarters in a row. I suppose the idea now is to sell when Barrett is bullish. Mr. Barrett appears to be 100% FOS. John

Interesting that turnabout by him on the investment gain issue. I've been making a big deal about this for months. It doesn't take a genius to figure out this would happen. Next to Crisco, Intel has been the easiest short I've ever made. It will be single digits when all is said and done. "this intel call is grim. the analysts sound like they've been hit in the head by a 2 by 4. now intel says it can't update analysts on the marketable securities on the balance sheet, other than that it's way down."
