Not that it matters, but why is the GOP representative who called Gourd a "hack", and why are the people who did the correcting "Shady GOP characters"? I kind of envisioned these people as upstanding local citizens who were trying to do something to help people vote and who didn't realize that what they were asking to do was illegal. Is the Democrat who asked to do the same thing a "hack" or a "shady character"? Do you have some evidence that the GOP representatives were in fact "hacks" or "shady"?

Now if you want to call Goard a "hack" or a "shady character", that's fine with me. Even if she didn't know that it was illegal to allow the GOP representatives to fix the applications she obviously couldn't have treated the Democrats any differently.
