Hey I think I am flipping out...I seem to have lost 40 years and three months...could someone tell me the correct year is it 2000 or 2040?

I will say this, Russ has the ability to steer the ship through this storm, and don't be surprised if he suffers VERY few losses. He is not a HYPE guy, and people will follow his lead by the example he sets. INSP has a real chance to come out of this mess as a positive example. My real concern is LEADERSHIP???? I mean the market must have leaders...and yesterday's leaders a struggling, and tomorrow's leaders have yet to rise above the rest.

The point you bring up about employee options is a major problem...MAJOR, but many, most are dealing this this exact problem. If management deals with the problem, and can keep the employees focused, and committed, the issue will fade with improved market conditions.
