Hi, I have a question about Florida law and figured I'd ask you. Please don't feel you have to answer if it's too much trouble though.

Apparently Florida law was broken in allowing party officials to add information to ballot applications. Probably no harm was done to the election though - so it seems too extreme a remedy to throw out votes. But what IS the legal penalty - does the law say what to do when the ballot application procedures mandated by law aren't followed?
