Well, if you lived in Florida, you could get in touch with your Senator and Congressperson and ask them to enact legislation to use the Texas definition of 'vote' at some point in the future.

As of right now, though, I think you're sol, it's already fubar.

Gee, the Miami Herald.
That surely assuages all my concerns.
I always believe anything a news organization says. <g>

I watched the way the ballots were being handled on TV.
That was enough for me.

You can treat it as spin all you like.

In the last analysis, the zillions of different
figures likely to be yielded by all these self-
appointed re-counters will not change the result,
and will not likely convince anyone of anything
that they do not already believe. There will be
recounts for everyone to rely on, regardless of
their POV.

And, whoever is installed in January will still
be there regardless of it all.

There is a guy representing Al on TV right now explaining how he has a statistician that can explain how to throw out SOME of the Seminole County ballots based on statistical prediction.

It's Harry Jacobs.

Now, lawdog, you sit right there and type out something that tells me that dood has not lost his friggin' mind.

Go for it.

If you really were even a first-year lawyer, you would realize the legal fallacy of your position.

Well, let's just change the rules after the election, eh?
