The interview certainly tried to clarify that it is not signed. However any non-closure sounds like more of an act of God then anything else.

I don't think this is in the hands of the lawyers to make or brake. It sounds like the the numbers people may be more involved and we know the accountants don't break deals, they make them!

The contract is also a 1st stage contract dealing only with the DSL automation. It sounds like the really big stuff may be in the form of all the other applications that can be applied. Based on the info released to date about their execution of the New South deal, there seems to be a lot of basis for relying on a clean delivery and followup with this client.

They raised CDN$ 10 million in April or so and STILL HAVE CDN $8 million in the bank. These guys really know how to control the burn rate. It really can be useful to have been on the brink of bankruptcy if one learns from the past!

I suspect that they would increase their float by about 50% on a NAZ issue, hopefully following it with a 2 for 1 split.

Gus,

What is this I hear about a 1.5b and 750m dollar contracts on the stockhouse. This must be a joke. Actually, I was amused by their trying to convince the readers. But could it be true ??? Nah !

Have a good Christmas season.
