We can put alerts on some of the more popular threads.
Also we can enlist the help of the thread monitors, i.e. Tony, Jenna, Rande, Kevin, Stan, Vendit, Stockwatcher, LastShadow, etc

I have posted a copy of the petition, the proritized list of requested features, and a link to the petition on the following widely read threads:

a.) Gorilla & King Portfolio Candidates
b.) Nokia
c.) CSCO

Perhaps you could do something similar on the Qualcomm boards.
