You see that`s the problem. There is no way this can be decided by the courts in time.

And the lack of a standard for counting a vote.

So it has to fall back to the fail safe provided for by the founding fathers.

Would you rather that Florida legislature did not do their duty and make sure that Florida has a vote in the electorate?

Just so Al can win?
