hi rob, you're very welcome. i just hope it cleans everything up! how did i find it.... a very good question. being a symantec user for several years now, i am familiar with the fact that they are front runners in virus detection and cleaning tools. and i have seen them offer such downloads at their site. so it was merely a matter of using symantec's site search to find navidad. let me also state the obvious at this point... time for somebody to install and run antivirus software. don't you agree? i hope things go well sunday. :) mark
