Davey, you sort of remind me of a little kid who is playing a game and wants to cheat in order to win and then gets real mad when he is made to play fair and by the rules.

Not all of us are ignorant of the laws.

Candidates cannot order recounts but request them. The power to go ahead or refuse rests with the county canvassing boards (in Florida). Once the candidates turn the battle over to attorneys, the attorneys determine how the fight is conducted, not the candidates.
