Dave, hand counts are supposed to be done in case of fraud or machine error. We had neither of these. But, giving your the hand count you have to have standards of counting. The Gore group have been trying to create votes by counting votes when no one voted. That's cheating.

All the un-eyeballed votes, again, add up to far more than those Gore's team seeks to count. To count some, but not all the votes in this category, is simply not fair.
