Glenn, these ad/pr houses will do almost anything to keep such a big, high-profile account. I really suspect they were not getting paid. Just my opinion, of course, from being around the business for some years. I would agree. If Amazon was not happy with the result, they would have dropped the firm. No reason for a firm to drop Amazon if they are being paid.
