I think that the bottom for the semi-equipment stocks depends greatly on where the economy goes from here. If we get a soft landing we may be near a bottom, but if we move into a recession they could still have a fair amount of downside.

As for the BI/EIP stocks, I still hold positions in several of them, so I guess I must see value there. LOL I've been too busy to trade lately, though, or even to follow most of the stocks. In EIP I'd avoid SQSW, and recommend VIAD and HUMC. PLUM doesn't look like they'll get their IPO off, so they will either have to raise more money through another route or curtail spending.
