I said what I've said here, within days of the election. It remains true, IMO...Fla. law only "allowed" Gore a territorial counting advantage(and he's already achieved some, indeed), through pure lack of positive intent and poorly written legislation, certainly not legislation intended to create such advantages.

Legislation that would create such advantage must by nature be unconstitutional. Such a counting as we've seen here has NEVER happened before. Fla. historical hand-counts have NEVER been used in statewide races across the state, but when they've been county-wide or smaller, the same counting treatment has ALWAYS been given to ALL THE VOTES, and such is written into the law indeed, in the state of Fla.

Please, only COUNT ALL THE VOTES. OR NONE MORE! Anything less, obviouly can't be fair...and again, was NEVER INTENDED IN LAW.

Address these points, or be silent as others have done in response to me for weeks now.

Susan Estrich knows well what I'm saying.

The US Supreme Court knows well what I'm saying.

Madam Justice Parientte of the Fla. Supreme Court seems to know well what I'm saying.

Bernard Shaw finally seems to see what I'm saying.

How about you?
