Rob, I'm so glad that you contributed to this discussion.
YYB touched on it earlier. More often than not both parties
are involved in reaching a decision whether to terminate
a pregnancy or not and do so for reasons specific to them.
It is never easy.

The abortion issue isn't necessarily confined just to
women although I believe ultimately the decision does,
or should, lie with them.

Thank you, Rob. There's always room for a man's voice in the choice issue, and I'm really touched by your story and willingness to share it. You're so right to remind us of the feelings of loss and and ambivalence on the part of a man who is involved in an abortion decision. My husband and I still, two years later now, look at each other and talk about what might have been if circumstances had been different. I'm so grateful to have him to talk to, as I'm sure your wife is as well.
