Good points, perhaps Gore did cherry pick the counties but it turns out he did get more legal votes, it seems, so isn't that the bottom line? I mean he DID uncover errors.

So Gordon, in this case, you say do not manually recount any of the votes, as the voters did not punch properly (i.e. did not follow the required rules)

I can live with that, just wondering what your bottom line is?
