So then you agree that the Seminole and Martin county absentee ballots should be tossed, according to the absentee ballot laws of Florida.

I couldn't agree with you more that nine should go free rather than convict one innocent. But the Florida law rests with the intent of the voter. Do you think those four counties that gave Bush extra votes counted dimples?
