Actually, I'm fighting for closure.
This whole thing must end.

Stats are used to make these determinations in the election
contests apparently and they failed to make an adequate showing. Little would be learned by simply looking at a few of the ballots, other than to do the statistical sample, which I presume was done.

I hardly think the court looking at a few ballots would add a single thing to the process. He'd in effect have to conduct the entire recount, which is, ironically, the remedy being sought.

I could be wrong but I thought a sampling of these not counted ballots were looked at by the canvassing board who determined that they were truly non votes.

If in fact they have never been viewed by anyone to see why they weren't counted, then I guess I too feel that is not right.
