Stats are used to make these determinations in the election contests apparently and they failed to make an adequate showing. Little would be learned by simply looking at a few of the ballots, other than to do the statistical sample, which I presume was done. I hardly think the court looking at a few ballots would add a single thing to the process. He'd in effect have to conduct the entire recount, which is, ironically, the remedy being sought. BWDIK.
