To find out about the fundamentals, I visited the Natick store. The parking lot had slightly more cars than the average good days.

However, the business being good shows up in the lack of merchandise on the racks. It looks like January, stock depleted and the store has not enough merchandise to sell.

Joe has to read the report on sales revenue and ship more inventory to the stores. Products of limited upscale especially. Too many cheap merchandise will have lower revenue effects. Strike while its hot, put more better priced products in the stores as soon as possible.
