On the December 5 Rivera Live on CNBC Dershowitz urged: "I think it’s really important that when and if a concession comes from Gore that we not have a honeymoon, that we not put this behind us, that this be the beginning of at least a many, many month investigation into the circumstances that lead to this presidency." It's one thing to soil oneself, but to soil the whole country... someone, somehow has to put a stop to this. I truly think it is a battle of good versus evil...
