Manufacturing Jobs Got A Boost

8:43 (Dow Jones) Manufacturing payrolls actually edged up by 1,000 jobs. Private payrolls rose and there was an increase of 46,000 retail jobs despite the fact of more aggressive seasonal adjustment. These data are not as strong as early in the expansion, but they do not signal pronounced weakness. This is sustainable growth. (JM)

The reason the market will rally like crazy today is simple- a lot of clowns think the election will finally be decided over the weekend, and they want to get in before the rally.

The only problem, of course, is that if everyone is buying now, before the election, who will be left to buy after the election is decided?
