That's not what Gore wants at all. He wants a selective addition to his vote from a minority of heavily-Democrat strongholds. He doesn't give a flying f* about the 100,000 other undervotes elsewhere in Florida, or the 1.2 MILLION other undervotes all across the country, or the 3 MILLION absentee ballots all across the country that haven't even been counted once. And, he has shown his support for the Seminole and Martin County lawsuits to invalidate 25,000 votes. And, he still hasn't lifted a finger to have the military vote counted. So, please spare us the "count all the votes" garbage.
