hey, maybe I'm arrogant, but I feel I will see the market turning before I cover Crisco. Probably won't actually ride it to single digits. Most likely will cover a *few* times in between. But nothing will change. It will just be the bounce I expect in this multi-year bear I'm predicting....

IMHO, at worst Cisco is dead money. However, since it does not sell PCs, Servers, and anything into the consumer market, it will be able to grow. The other reason for being bullish on Cisco is that NT, JDSU, CIEN, GLW---the optical networkers and component suppliers are very positive. This is big potential market for Cisco. Metro rollout will be huge when it starts to gain some momentum.
The other point is that Cisco and JNPR have eliminated competition in routers.
NT or LU is nowhere to be found in this market.
I think the spillover of positive sentiment from the other companies i noted above will be driving Cisco higher.

Again, I will say again that Cisco is not really my favorite long position. It is a stock I would move into if the market gets a little more nervous....I realize that may be totally contrary to what most people would do. I would sell JNPR to buy Cisco if that was to happen but right now I can't see it in the near term.
