You forgot the $15 million contribution by Jane that put ads out, featuring Whoopi, declaring a Bush victory would assure newly appointed prejudice SC justices returning women to back alley abortions, the Dred Scott decision...
Plus a very timely last minute Rosie O'Donnell threat to quit if her friend Babs didn't get a chance to air her poison concerning a Bush win.
Why is it that liberals only see it one way? Try to reverse the whole situation. Do you really think the FLSC would have voted 7-0 to change the law in Bush's favor?

The Ed Asner telephone call and constant mediscare drumbeat made FL close. Without those dirty tricks, Bush would have won FL by 10%.
