This might even be a rally fueled by short squeezes. I think lots of people went short in techs a day or two ago and are getting caught today by the strength. I think they thought the negative warnings yesterday would cause the market to open down and then rally if Gore lost all 3 appeals later. They may even have been looking (hoping) for a 9:50-10am reversal to cover their shorts and didn't get it and are now panicking a bit. I mean for TQNT to be up near all time highs is insane. I am sure you are all seeing many other stocks who are reacting way too positively today considering their outlook and fundamentals. But shorts are probably gun-shy at this point.
