It is an article from a ufo site. The poster assumes the reader understands that, and therefore takes it with a grain of salt, but also understands the gist of the post. As to "who controls the major media", you seem to have an opinion that the media is a decentralized system comprised of independent players. I tend to agree. Some of the players: AP, Time Warner, Disney. Who owns CBS now?
