There you go again, clouding the issue. Notice, the issue has come to a close, according to your own posting, and I quote "Shopping.com saga comes to a close." The fact remains, you lost and you lost big time.

IBUY has nothing to do with what an underwriter does. No one from IBUY has been found at fault and are therefore given a clean bill of health. So you see, your manipulation of the facts rings very hollow.

In any event, the only ones who lost out were people like you who shorted the stock, despite the company performing. In fact it performed so well, Compaq bought IBY for $220 Million, and then sold with Alta Vista for $3 billion.

Sounds like a winner to me, but then again, you lost money didn't you, along with Mr. G.
