The extraordinary recount was controversial
A hand recount in disputed counties is the normal course of action in a close race. Don't try to make it sound like this was just made up last month as a whim of the Vice President. The controversy is strickly in stalling the count by made up "discresionary" requirements, unusual and impossible deadlines, and physical threats by DeLay's goon squads. Sauls decision is way down where events passed from normality to bizzare and also seemed more designed to stall than to shine light on the subject.

Just remember Neocon, you are debating with those to whom facts mean very little. We both know the Judge did his job on an impartial basis and upon the law. Those in search of witches need to invent as they go along to to have a successful hunt.
