mike, very nice. with these guerrilla hit and run trades we have to take what the market gives us. And untill the market can string together back to back gains I will continue to use the same techniques.

Now this lower court ruling I think is more important than the FLA Supreme Court ruling imo as it paints fla. supreme court into a corner but to follow and not overturn Sanders and these courts with strict guidance from U.S. Supreme Court. If Seminole/Martin rule against Gore I will think the market will melt-up this afternoon.

I will then be looking for more scalp jobs. If lower courts rule in favor of Gore I will sit on my hands until FLA Supreme Court ruling is heard.

In Rydex I am watching BKX and XBD on whether I will maintain long position in SPX.

If XAU sells this afternoon below XAU 49 I may go in before the bell.
Unfortunately my cut-off to move money into XAU Precious Metals is 1/2 hour before the close. For long or short funds it is 15 minutes before the close. So between being on the phone and trying to post waiting for any late clues is sometimes hard for me to convey to the thread in the final moment of gathering all weight of evidence in decisionmaking.

Most of the time it is not like this, but lately with this schizo bi-polarmarket there is no other way...

Best Regards, J.T.
