...They postponed their decision by 90 minutes. What the hell is wrong with them? ... Have you ever worked in a cubicle and had you boss phone? Only fools answer on the first or second ring. Let the thing ring four to six times --- It gives the impression you're really busy with something important. These judges, who probably had their minds made up fully before the case began, are simply attempting to create the illusion that what they're about to spew has been carefully considered. Cheers, PW. P.S. Maybe I'm not being fair to the judges. Perhaps they simply want to stretch this thing into the afternoon so that nothing additional will be added to their plate today. Then they can take the rest of Friday off and get a head start on the weekend.
