Leviticus 19:19 "`Keep my decrees. "`Do not mate different kinds of animals. "`Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. "`Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material. So God commands to not use mules, mixed crops or have polyester/cotton cloth. O for shame! That's why "a silly consistency is the hobgobblin of a little minds"! The bible is replete with restrictions that are irrational. There are some that make sense and many more that don't. For example, in Leviticus, why on earth can't you eat the fruit from a tree in a new land for 3 years. Magically, on the 4th it is good enough. Why make sacrifices? What does that do? Most of this sounds silly. PS:grub!!
