once pristine record.

Oracle earnings may spark tech stocks on Dec.14

During Nov.30 presentation ORCL (the last day of quarter)
"Larry Ellison, the company's founder, and Jeff Henley, its
chief financial officer, made presentations at the Credit Suisse
First Boston Technology Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
earlier Thursday.

According to a press release issued by CSFB, both presentations were "positive and
upbeat."

The firm also said that Henley reiterated Oracle's guidance for quarterly results.

A First Call survey of 31 analysts puts the company's earnings at 10 cents a share for the
period."
