They are setting it up so that your user name/password will work across the entire Lycos network. If you log onto the website during the next two weeks, your logon information will be preserved with this change. If not, a new password will be generated and sent to you. If this occurs, you can always change your password back, but the mass email was sent to avoid some of the confusion issuing thousands of new passwords might create among our clients.
