it was supposed to have been out already...but there's been a delay. what time will the CoTs be out? NDX just hit new intraday high. if Bore loses his last set of appeals, this thing's going to go totally bonkers all next week...

All should be out within the hour. Then we get another Shrub Rally. I think I will stay in cash awhile longer. -ng- Everything I was short is up like a rocket since I closed - all of 'em double digit % gains. I should have flipped and gone long. -g-
