Dear JLIHAI: Looks as though may not be necessary. Bush won both Martin and Seminole cases and very unlikely would be overturned. Most pundits feel the FSC will rule in his favor also. Now if we can just get those other cases derailed this state will not have to go through the agony of protecting our legally elected electors. Incidentally, anyone watch that idiot Richman lawyer babble on after the ruling? I am surprised they gave him so much National airtime to make a horses ass out of himself. He's a worse cry baby then Sore. JDN
