PW, suspicions confirmed >I responded to these abusive users by walking them, step by step, through the process of wiping out their systems. This revenge augmented my job satisfaction tremendously. Fortunately, I was never caught.< Happened to me twice with Compaq support, and yes - I did yell at one of the Compaq techs before it happened. Gottfried :)
