You have done very well. I hope you are totally right in your long range views but mine are not so positive as yours. During the period of 1980 to now the debt load has increased significantly. Accounting rules have changed and the flexibility is much greater. I did not see the huge difference in the populous income as i do now. In the beginning of the nineties i watched numerous struggles to maintain corporate business however, in that period the private debt was nearly high as it is now. PS I think you'd make a good actress on Broadway I consider this rude so i won't address it, reacting doesn't appeal to me. It is hard to believe one so intelligent can be so rude.
