I dont think any body has made that claim per these two judges, there was some concern re judge vicky, since she is known for her activisim.

Uh, Gee, it couldn't have anything to do with an obvious ploy to shoe horn Al Gore (ole' Every vote counts) by throwing out ballots.

The case was clearly partisan. The Plaintiff didn't ask for fines or felony sentences for the people involved - they asked only for VOTES to be thrown out. Ridiculous.
