Upgrade: Intel (INTC) 33 7/8 +1 9/16: -- Update -- AG Edwards upgrades to ACCUMULATE from MAINTAIN POSITION; believes that INTC has little downside risk (possibly to $25 level as more bad news comes out of the industry); in addition, firm believes that because the shares were trading up after company warned, suggests that most of the bad news has been priced into the shares.
