Rick Belluzo, head of Microsoft Consumer Group, who built the "highly" successful consumer printer and personal computer businesses at HP acknowledges that Microsoft, with its techie culture, does not have a consumer mentality.' Or maybe he is? It was doing fine till he came along... "We have a lot to change here," said Mr. Belluzo ( He's changing it just like he changed SGI to single digits) LOL.
