I used to have the same deal at cboe -- it is great. But now I have chains available from Preferred so I use them instead. Of course, now I need to open a futures account instead since the goal is to only trade futures (and options) on indices.

I had CBOE for a month and then dropped them as they were missing prices and on other occasions were incorrect.
