Mary, RE: It seems intuitively obvious to me that those rate cuts were very aggressive and intended to influence the economy in some meaningful way. Did that have anything to do with reducing capital investments and massively accellerating the economic slow down? A synapse must be misfiring in my brain, because I have no idea what you're talking about. I was talking about an unwinding of imbalances this year. This year there have been no rate cuts. Are you talking about what might have happened if there were rate cuts?
