Florida law has many freedom of information clauses built into it and one of them will allow the the paper the chance to view the ballots. So they are going to do so. There are various forms to fill out, etc. And arrangements must be made to have county workers handle the ballots themselves while the reporters look at each one, but the Herald is going to do it. So, a couple of months into Bush's presidency, there is a good chance that it will be conclusively shown that he actually lost (but this will have no legal bearing). It will make for interesting times." --- This will be a real joke unless various other watchdog groups are allowed to count the ballots...besides the liberal Miami Herald or NY Times... Even then it will be subject to interpretation of chad. Jim
