True, states all get two senators, but acres still don't vote. Both Rhode Island and Alaska get two senators. House districts are apportioned by population, not acreage.

The electoral college is tilted towards the smaller states because even the smallest state gets three electors. If electors were apportioned by population, Gore would have won this election comfortably.
