Very good example....of only remembering 1/2 the story.
I can't claim Celery as mine but I did make a lot of fun of the first Celeron, aka, Covington, Pauleron, which had no L2 cache on board...
When Mendocino came out with the on die cache I said it was a very good chip...
That was about the time I realized "Mhz sells" and Cyrix was at dead end...
