Well, news saying Fla Supreme to issue ruling at 4 est. Market should go up, I guess.

Now they are saying that the court will issue a "statement" and did not use the word "ruling". Whatever that means. So guess we get to wait a bit longer.

that would be fine with me, but i don't think it's very likely. we have a Puetz eclipse coming up though...in two weeks time. Fla. Supremos time statement to give PPT time to take measures for Monday, LOL...
