At what point would you start bitching because they own more than they should?

Considering how little they paid for those holdings, I think everyone of us have a right to bitch.

And we have EVERY expectation that folks like JAIN, who has sold several hundred million dollars worth of INSP at the public shareholder's expense, should set the stage in buying some of those shares back.

It's the ultimate vote of confidence by management. That they believe enough in their business plan that they will buy the stock when the public market won't.
