Hey, there are no litmus tests! Clarence Thomas knew nothing about Roe v. Wade before he was appointed. Never gave it a thought! He said so under oath! He was just the "best man for the job". Clarence and W's father couldn't possibly have lied about any of that.

And he was what, 39? when he was appointed? He'll probably outlast everybody sitting on the court now, too.
