The Florida Supreme Court just ruled in favor of Gore.. The NAZ futures are down 100 points since the ruling..

No (see my last message), I sold in the last half hour before the close, I could not report, du to a lengthy phone call (ya, with a lawyer). I erred in my last rushing post, the gain on BRCD was $4 not $6. Sold SCMR for $64-3/8, ($2), BRCM for $126 ($3) and CREE for $74 (a lousy $1). That was the quartet, I also sold, QCOM for a loss of $.75 ($101.25), VTSS for $60-3/4 (even) and SSTI for $15.25 (essentially even). The holy one, which I bought yesterday for $11.25 went for $12.25, I think Tim is right and this one did not show the "oomph" I was expecting. That leaves me with once more, too much cash at 57%. But, I think that our inability to better the highs set earlier this week indicate that my target of 2550 may be achieved in the next few days. Zeev
