GREAT article! I haven't read the RS interview and wasn't aware that he'd made that statement. Yep, it's certainly been a while since marijuana was decriminalized anywhere in the US. As an 18 year old, I actually made my college decision based on the fact that, at the time, marijuana was decriminalized in Maine. <g>
